GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PAPER & E-POSTER PRESENTATION

Asian Musculoskeletal Conference 2026 (AMS 2026) 7th – 9th August, 2026

Congratulations on the selection of your abstract for the upcoming AMS 2026 conference! Please carefully review and strictly adhere to the final submission guidelines detailed below.

Mandatory Requirements

• The presenting (first) author must be registered for the conference to present an Oral Paper or E-Poster; successful presenting (first) author will get presentation certificate.
• Registration must be completed, and your conference registration number updated, before the final e-submission of your approved presentation.

Submission Rules

• All submissions must be uploaded via the official portal at www.ams2026.com. Email or hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.
• Review your text thoroughly before uploading. No spelling, grammatical, scientific, or content corrections will be permitted after final submission.
• Click the "Submit" button only once. Ensure your submission is fully processed, as unsubmitted entries will not be evaluated.
• Formatting Basics:

  • Font Style: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: Not lesser than 10
  • Language: English (Official conference language for all slides and spoken presentations)
• Please use common, widely supported presentation file formats (e.g., standard .pptx or .pdf).
• If your presentation includes uncommon files, such as embedded video or audio files, you must contact the committee for verification before attempting to upload.

Structural Guidelines

Mandatory Author Affirmations

By submitting your presentation, you explicitly affirm and accept responsibility for the following ethical and professional standards:

• Content must be related to Musculoskeletal Radiology.
• The work must be original, and not published or presented prior to AMS 2026.
• Obtaining Institutional Ethics Committee approval is the sole responsibility of the author(s).
• Complete patient confidentiality must be maintained. No identifying information (names, hospital IDs, etc.) may appear anywhere in the presentation.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Do not utilize copyrighted materials belonging to others.
• No unassigned conflicts of interest should exist. The responsibility for handling any claims or conflicts lies entirely with the author(s).
• Avoid commercial or brand references unless absolutely necessary for scientific clarity.
• Organizers and the scientific committee bear no financial obligations or claims regarding your submission.
