Abstract Submission Award Categories

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PAPER & E POSTER PRESENTATION

Scientific Committee welcomes all the delegates to submit their abstracts of original work for Oral Poster/ E-poster presentation during the Asian Musculoskeletal Conference 2026 (AMS 2026) to be held on 7th 8th & 9th August, 2026 in Residents-Fellows or Consultant categories.

The deadline for abstract submission is 31st March 2026.

Submitting an Abstract DOES NOT register for the conference

It is MANDATORY FOR THE PRESENTING AUTHOR TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE to present their oral papers/e-poster during the conference. If the author fails to register and update the conference registration number before the e-submission of approved abstract for oral paper/e-poster, his / her presentation will be excluded from the scientific program.

All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference website:www.ams2026.com

The abstracts must contain original content related to MUSCULOSKELETAL RADIOLOGY, which is not published or presented prior to this conference

Postgraduate thesis topic should NOT be sent for paper or e poster till the degree is awarded by the respective universities

The first author shall be the presenting author. Maximum 4 co-authors shall be allowed

As the official language for the conference is English, the abstracts can be submitted & presented in the same language

The abstract should not be more than 300 words, both for Oral paper and E-poster. The abstract should be submitted in the box provided on the online abstract Submission Page. Please keep word font setting 10 and Times New Roman Theme font.

It is important that you read your text to ensure accuracy with no spelling, grammatical or Scientific errors. No Corrections will be accepted after the abstract submission

When submitting an abstract for review, make sure you click the submit button one time only. If you do not click the submit button, your abstract will not be submitted

Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for oral paper /E- poster presentation will be sent to the author through the email provided after acceptance of abstract

The author may choose between the option of E-Poster or Oral presentation. However, the scientific committee reserves the right to accept / reject / assign a different presentation type to all the abstracts submitted

All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the scientific committee and will be judged on scientific value, potential clinical value, originality of work and impact factor. The decision of acceptance or rejection of abstract by the scientific committee would be considered final. No review or revision or influences are entertained

Any Abstract sent by mail or hardcopy will not be accepted for review. Only abstract submissions via the dedicated portal will be eligible for review

AFFIRMATIONS FOR ABSTRACT/PAPERS/POSTERS

Institutional ethics committee approval is author’s responsibility

Patient confidentiality must be protected. No identifying information should appear in your presentation

Do not indulge in plagiarism.

The abstracts must contain original content which is not published or presented prior to this conference

Do not use material copyrighted by others

There should not be conflict of interest. The responsibility of claim(s) of anybody or conflict of interest lie with author(s)

Avoid commercial reference unless absolutely necessary

There is no any financial claim to organizers/committee of the conference.

GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS : ORAL PAPERS AND E POSTERS

ORAL RESEARCH PAPERS can be structured under the following subheadings :

• Objective
• Material and Method
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion

ORAL REVIEW PAPERS & E POSTERS can be structured under the following subheadings :

• Objectives
• Content Organization: Imaging findings or procedure details.
• Conclusion and References

Each accepted invited oral paper presentation will be 8 minutes followed by a 2 minute discussion

Accepted E-Posters will be displayed on plasma screens at the venue

Accepted E Posters must adhere to the following guidelines

• Maximum 10 slides
• Total file size should not exceed 20 MB
